Companies House is asking company directors (and other key individuals) to verify their identity as part of new anti-fraud and transparency measures introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

Once the verification is completed, you'll receive a personal code from Companies House to the email you will provide in the form below.
